Drovers Earn Seventh Place Result in Arkansas
SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. - Saturday morning, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma women's cross-country team competed at the Golden Eagle Invitational, hosted by John Brown University. The Drovers finished in seventh place as a team.
In the 6-kilometer race, Trinity Albao-Cozad led the way for USAO and placed in 52nd with a time of 27:31.06. Melany Bermudez, Tanyaradzwa Mutara, Kyli Reser, and Laura Barrios Bardi crossed the finish line consecutively in 69th, 70th, 71st, and 72nd, respectively. Bermudez concluded with a time of 39:10.82, trailed by Mutara with a time of 39:32.71. Reser finished in 39:33.08, and Barrios Bardi crossed in 41:23.38.

The Drovers will return to the trail on Saturday, Nov. 8 as they compete at the Sooner Athletic Conference Championship in Siloam Springs, Ark., hosted by John Brown University.
