Drovers Open the Spring at the OBU All-Comers Meet
SHAWNEE, Okla. – On Friday and Saturday, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma opened the outdoor track and field season at the OBU All-Comers Meet, hosted by Oklahoma Baptist University (NCAA DII).
In the women's shot put, Kyra Willett led with a ninth-place finish with a throw of 11.54 meters, followed by Kyli Reser in 14th with a throw of 10.75 meters. Alayna Nichols finished in 17th with a throw of 10.10 meters and Laura Barrios Bardi threw it 8.56 meters to conclude in 19th.
Kyli Reser placed sixth in the women's hammer throw with a distance of 42.61 meters.
Mya Brown raced to an 11th place finish in the women's 100-meter dash with a time of 12.44. Tanyaradswa Mutara, Cloey Prachyl, Tara Utornik, Madilynn Duszynski, and Emmaleigh Gibbins each competed in the 100-meter race.
