Drovers Finish 7th at Golden Eagle Invitational
SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. - Saturday morning, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma men's cross-country team competed at the Golden Eagle Invitational, hosted by John Brown University. The Drovers finished in seventh place as a team.
In the 8-kilometer race, USAO was led by Andries Meyer's speedy performance, crossing the line in 25th place with a time of 27:17.24. Aarin Simon concluded in 72nd with a time of 33:08.60, trailed by Hunter DeWall in 79th with a time of 38:28.68. Carter McCain, Easton Doctorman, and Colby Keller placed in 81st, 82nd, and 83rd, respectively. McCain crossed the line in 37:13.56 and Doctorman finished in 41:43.44. Colby Keller concluded with a time of 44:41.68.

The Drovers will return to the trail on Saturday, Nov. 8 as they compete at the Sooner Athletic Conference Championship in Siloam Springs, Ark., hosted by John Brown University.
