Meyer Blazes the Trail at Cameron University Invitational
LAWTON, Okla. - Friday morning, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma men's cross-country team competed at the Cameron University Invitational and finished in fifth place as a team.
In the 8-kilometer race, USAO was led by Andries Meyer's speedy performance, crossing the line in 14th place with a time of 27:02.19.
Aarin Simon concluded in 46th with a time of 34:47.63, trailed by Carter McCain in 49th with a time of 35:56.50. Hunter DeWall and Easton Doctorman placed in 52nd and 53rd, respectively. DeWall crossed the line in 36:47.84 and Doctorman finished in 39:26.44. Colby Keller concluded in 55th with a time of 44:00.30.
WHAT'S NEXT?
The Drovers will return to the trail on Saturday, Oct. 11 as they travel to Siloam Springs, Ark. to compete at the Golden Eagle Invitational.
