Meyer Leads Drovers at Aggie Duels
LAWTON, Okla. - Friday morning, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma men's cross-country teams opened the 2025 season in Lawton at the Aggie Duels, hosted by Cameron University.
The Drover men finished in ninth place as a team in the 8-kilometer race, led by Andries Meyer in 36th place with a time of 29:13.36. Carter McCain made his Drover debut with a 57th place result, crossing the line in 35:50.03.
Hunter DeWall, Easton Doctorman, and Colby Keller finished in 60th, 61st, and 62nd, respectively. DeWall concluded the race in 37:43.54, followed by Doctorman in 38:57.08, and Keller in 38:57.41.
WHAT'S NEXT?
The Drovers will return to the trail on Thursday, Sept. 11 as they compete at the Mustang Derby in Wichita Falls, Texas, hosted by Midwestern State University.
