Drovers Compete at Muthama-Rogers Invite in Kansas
NORTH NEWTON, Kan. – Saturday morning, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma women's and men's cross-country teams competed at the Muthama-Rogers Invite, hosted by Bethel College.
The women's team did not record a team score in the five-kilometer race, but they did have four runners in the race, led by Trinity Albao-Cozad who finished in 41st with a time of 25:31.55. Laura Barrios Bardi finished in 50th with a time of 27:49.70, followed by Savannah Creech in 51st with a time of 27:51.28. Chelsea Fuston closed in 57th with a time of 31:38.83.
The men's team finished in eighth place, led by Aarin Simon who finished in 58th with a time of 32:48.15 in the eight-kilometer race. Hunter DeWall closed in 72nd with a time of 34:59.99, followed by Tyrike Cunningham in 74th with a final time of 35:20.41. Ryan Joseph concluded in 82nd with a time of 37:03.96Quintin Pennells and Brayden Keller finished back-to-back with finishes in 86th and 87th. Colby Keller closed in 94th with a time of 44:15.21.

The Drovers will return to action on Saturday, October 7 when they compete at the University of the Ozarks Invitational in Ozarks, Ark.
